Client: A homeowner who wanted the bedroom to work harder without feeling crowded.
Project: Fitted wardrobe storage installation
Materials Used: Textured light oak-style wardrobe panels, full-height fitted wardrobe carcasses, brushed brass door handles and integrated warm LED lighting (plinth and display shelving)
The team at Prestige Bedroom was summoned to hide awkward corners and wasted wall space. On reaching, we realised this one had a wide wall crying out for proper storage. So, we designed the wardrobes to run cleanly from wall to wall and right up to the ceiling.
The result feels intentional. The wardrobes sit neatly across the back wall, with full-height doors and vertical panelling that adds texture without shouting for attention. We installed long handles to bring a bit of elegance and make the doors easy to open.
Since lighting plays a quiet supporting role, we integrated soft LED lighting beneath the wardrobes to create a gentle glow along the floor. As you can see, it has lifted the whole unit visually and added a warm, relaxed feel in the evenings.
While crafting the fitted wardrobe, we kept the palette soft and neutral. The client appreciated this idea a lot, applauding our team for creating a wardrobe that blends into the room rather than taking it over. Everything feels connected. Storage, dressing space and lighting work together as part of one clean design.
Step back, and the room feels calm, tidy and well thought through. No awkward gaps, no bulky furniture pushed against the wall. Just clean lines and storage that makes sense.
